Returns & refunds

Use your AquaRinse™ every day for up to 60 days. If it isn't for you, we'll refund the full purchase price — opened box and used gifts included.

60-day money-back guarantee

You can request a refund within 60 days of delivery. Contact our support team first and we'll send return instructions and the return address.

Email support@kindralux.com with your order number.
We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
Once the item is received, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Report shipping damage or a fault with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or refund. Manufacturing defects are covered by our 2-year warranty.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost. For damage, defects or a wrong item, Kindralux covers return shipping.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable US state and federal consumer protection laws.
